Start using SD Processing as your new Contract Processor

Step 1 only has to be completed once, if you have not used our services before.

  1. Print, fill out, and fax the two following documents to (866) 455-1017:


  2. Submit your file which includes the following:

    • Complete the On-line Submission Form
    • Email your password protected Point file to SD Processing
    • Fax/Email any borrower documents/signed disclosures.
      Originals or faxed copies will be accepted, but please take into consideration the guidelines of your lender.

ALL SUBMITTED FILES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
