From CTC through closing — I coordinate with title and ensure everything is in order for a smooth, on-time closing.

Onboarding & Setup

I learn your preferences, connect with your LOS, and establish communication protocols. Each loan officer gets a dedicated submission form link — a simple, consistent way to send over new files with all the details I need to hit the ground running.

File Intake & Review

When a new file is ready, I receive the loan package, run an initial completeness check, and organize all documentation.

Processing & Document Management

I order and track all third-party services — appraisal, title, insurance, VOEs — collect outstanding documents from borrowers, and prepare the file for underwriting submission.

Underwriting & Condition Clearing

The file is submitted to underwriting. Once conditions are returned, I track, collect, and clear each one — keeping you informed at every step.

Clear-to-Close & Closing

Once CTC is received, I coordinate with title and escrow, review the closing disclosure, confirm figures, and ensure a smooth, on-time closing.
